Q: Do you rely on a system that automatically places outbound calls?
A: We do not support or utilize predictive or automated dialing systems. Prospects and Gatekeepers can identify a telemarketer behind an automated dialing system from a mile a way! Our facility is fully equipped with manual phone stations complete with Internet access, call patching, and digital recording capabilities. |

Q: Do I have to sign a long-term agreement with your company?
A: We do not force our clients into any extended or yearly contractual obligations. Our goal is to provide a steady line of quality leads in order to build and maintain a long-lasting relationship. Our programs are very flexible and you can increase or decrease the hours as you see fit. If you become unsatisfied with the level or quality of results, the relationship is terminated. |

Q: Are there any fees associated with script development or training?
A: Our outbound telemarketing programs include free script development. We work together closely with our clients to develop phone presentations in order to ensure the right message is being presented. Typically, we absorb a few hours of test calling to work out the bugs. Likewise, we’ll invest the necessary time to thoroughly train our representatives on your company’s products or services. Training starts in the classroom and continues on the floor! |
